26/11 :: Call To tackle Urban Warfare

Prior to 26/11, Urban warfare has generally been translated to terms not associated to Indian Security Agencies. But with the growing advent of treats, its obvious that we lack proper training in such situations. Israel Defence Agenies, were the first to protest against the way Indian forces tackled the situation at Nariman House(Chabad House). They said the latter lacked the skills in tactical planning. The operation led to tragic death of a rabbi and his wife along with numerous other innocent civilians.
The New Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Ashok Chavan has promised that security will remain a priority in his regime.Yet, It seems that people are not in a mood to listen to such promises. Their voices can be heard on every peace rally that the city has hosted lately.
