Indian I.T Professionals Need not worry about 2009
2008 was rocky, but 2009 might spell doom. Trade, Market have been on a shaky front and it just wont get better for years to come, owing to recession announced in Singapore, Japan, Germany.
I.T is the worst department to be hit in India.
There are close to 2.7 million enginners churning out of indian institues and for most of them not understanding the dynamics of market ,will have rollacoster ride finding a job. But here are some of the companies who might just be interested in U......

The process includes shortlisting based on certain eligibility criteria pertaining to the students' academic track record and domain/ specialisations, aptitude test and a two-tier competency-based interview. In management institutes, we replace the aptitude tests with group discussions."
"The attributes we typically look at include technical excellence, professionalism, good communication skills, willingness to work beyond boundaries and the inclination to teamwork," says Padmanabhan.
