2008 was rocky, but 2009 might spell doom. Trade, Market have been on a shaky front and it just wont get better for years to come, owing to recession announced in Singapore, Japan, Germany.

Selection process: "For trainees and persons with less than two years of experience, we conduct written tests, technical and management interviews.

In management institutes, we replace the aptitude tests with group discussions."
